  1. I considered taking it another school for the fall but I think I will have enough on my plate with my nursing classes
  2. That patho knowledge will come in handy second semester. I wish they would offer patho + pharm.
  3. We had someone with a 50 index score accepted. I don't think anyone with that index score survived first semester, though.
  4. They accept 60 per semester.
  5. Bex, I sent you a PM :) And my index score was right under 61
  6. Just remember, your admission also depends on the other applicants! I have *heard* that the index scores for the Fall class are typically slightly lower, because those applying for the Night/Weekend program (Spring) usually only take one class at a time due to FT work commitments, etc and tend to have higher GPAs because of that. Whether that's true or not, I don't know, but I guess the point of this rambling is possibly expect lower index scores lol.
  7. I wouldn't worry about it too much! I know . . . easier said than done. I was a nervous wreck for 2 months before I found out even though I knew I would be accepted!
  8. lol thanks. Don't give up if they wait list you!
  9. I'm currently in the program. I don't know the exact index score but I know of people accepted with mid 50s for our class. They were also calling people during the summer, as some did not accept their spots. I haven't heard anything about the new building, except it is "supposed" to be open for the fall.. as far as them accepting more people, I'm not sure. It isn't just about the space needed but the amount of staff as well.
  10. We were notified in April last year for Fall 2013. Sit tight guys, it will be a while before they call/email :/ Sent from my iPad using allnurses.com
  11. I'm finishing my first semester now
  12. Not sure of the lowest index however I know someone with a 54.4 that was not accepted.
  13. My index score was just shy of 61. Sent from my iPad using allnurses.com

  15. Oh no, it goes on sale a good bit. I bought mine in January of 2012 I think. Or maybe Feb?! My desk is definitely "lived-in" as we have finals next week, lol. I'm not sure how to send you a picture though?!
  16. I have it in Espresso, by the way. Any nicks or dings can be touched up with a black sharpie :) Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com
  17. I have a printer on it, plus I can have 2-3 books and sprawled out and my MacBook too. There's seriously a lot of room, and I have about 10 books on one of the hutch shelves. It's sturdy and survived 2 moves as well. There's a lot of room in the drawers, and there's a file cabinet, too. I have so much crap on it it's unreal, lol. And I keep a calendar on the keyboard slide out. Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com
  18. I have this desk: http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/101095/Realspace-Magellan-Collection-L-Shaped-Desk/ I also have the matching hutch on top, and plan to purchase the bookshelf soon. It goes on sale frequently, and I paid maybe $220 for the desk AND hutch. Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com
  19. Ughhh, no nothing still. I called the nice lady who helped me out last week and she said the Nursing Dept said another TWO WEEKS! She seemed like she was annoyed with them too. Please explain to me whyyyy because they decided on who is accepted MARCH 18th. So. Aggravating. No news is good news, I guess. Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com
  20. Thank You!
  21. I'm interested in the chart, too, if you are willing to share! Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using allnurses.com
