Guys check your emails! I just got an offer for the NICU!!!

I had 2 interviews and although they clearly had the same interview form in front of them, the managers asked different questions. It was a lot of "tell me about a time..." I think I must have blocked out most of it (I was so nervous!) because I can't remember anything more specific than that! Good luck!

I had mine today it was very thorough and nerve wracking but I really enjoyed it in the end. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I really hope I get it!!!

I'm definitely studying for the med calc exam. Not taking any chances with my dream job! Just gonna crack open the ol' med calc book and refresh. Anyone else interviewing on the 5th?

I'm from philadelphia, now living in lancaster. I just graduated in May with my BSN, also have a BA in psych. I'm so excited for this interview! Good luck everybody!

It was situational stuff, "tell me about a time..." I don't remember the specific questions but they emphasized diversity and how you had handled conflicts in the past. There are practice questions too that don't get recorded so I suggest doing them over and over it really helps to take the nerves away!

I change the objective on my resume to cater to each position I apply for. Can't hurt right?

Hi! I also got accepted into the New RN talent pool and received an email about setting up an interview with one if the medical units. They didn't direct me to an online sign in though, just asked my availability. I'm nervous and curious as well! If anyone has any info please post! I'm curious!

I feel everyone's pain with the hospital application process, over the summer I applied to 100+ acute care jobs in PA (some were new grad residencies) and only got as far as a first interview for ONE. I knew I wanted to specialize in pediatrics so I wound up taking a LTC peds trach/vent job in the meantime but my ultimate dream would be to work at Hershey, they have an amazingchildren's hospital! I'm glad to see there's a thread up here for 2015 too! I submitted the whole application now I'm basically just praying to get an interview. Anyone hear anything or know when they start contacting candidates?
