CNA training in delaware
Not sure what area in delaware you are from but I know some of the groves school have nursing assistant programs and job corps also..as far as the deltech program if it's taken in wilmington which is where i went thats almost $3000 out of pocket which is the going rate for most cna school..the HLH 130 in stanton can be covered under financial aid but from what I have heard you have to get picked. Hope this helps

Summer classes?!
I think i have made up my mind about the classes I want to take this summer. A&P 1 and im not sure if I want to take another class with is or not. Summer semester at my college is about 10weeks. I attempted A&P spring semester but had to withdraw because I was failing. I realized I wasn't studying as much as I should and also the instructor wasn't very helpful she would read the power points and not explain much about it. The book says one thing but she would narrow it down into something that didn't make sense. So enough making excuses do you guys think its best for me to take it by itself or take with an eng? I work as a hha and have 2 kids with a very supporting and sometimes understanding husband. Any suggestions are appreciated

What to start studying for A&P 1?
Thanks this helps a lot I understand all classes are different going to try and rent or borrow someones book until i get my own. My learning style is a little of both for some things I am a visual (if explained properly) but i prefer auditory. In previous classes I would draw/ doodle by my notes (I can't draw) but i would understand my picture and what it meant.

What to start studying for A&P 1?
As i'm getting ready for the new semester. I'm not to sure where to start with A&P 1. I will be taking it with human development. My questions is for those of you who have taken it or are going to be taking it. Where did you start? Any youtube videos that are the best? I'm sorry my questions are everywhere but I want to do very well in this class and of course all my others.

Starting CNA Training
Congrats to you also. I would love to get paid to take my class and have a job secured. Mines is at a college and it takes about 13 weeks including clinicals and cost me an arm and leg not to thrilled about that as others on here talk about 500-1000. Ummm yea no mines is costing me $2995 smh. There are shorter classes in my area but was afraid of failing in a short period of time.

Schedule question A&P1 and Chemistry????
I had spoke to my advisor last week as registration starts on Monday. What she suggested was A&P1, Basic Chemistry and Critical Reading. From what I have heard Chem and A&P are not a good choice together. I need some input before I sign up. I am a mother of 2 kids (7 and 4) have great support from my fiance I also work full time in which I might go part time. Is this doable or am I setting myself up?

CNA Question

CNA Question
I'm curretly a pre nursing student but I'm looking into CNA to gain some experience and have some questions. My local community college (I'm in the delaware)price for CNA is $3000 everything included and the local adult ed school is $700 there a few things I would pay out of pocket such as the state test and I believe uniforms. How would I know which one to choose I mean the money obviously plays a big factor, but is it better coming from a community college. I'm so confused.
