  1. Thanks. You are welcome. You are right. There is a light at the end of the tunnel for our dreams. Some of us don't have it so easy but I think in the long run it will make us a much stronger person because of it. :)
  2. After a long frustrating year of applying, I am finally accepted! I did fairly well on the TEAS (62.7%). I had a low gpa due to a death in my immediate family and depression that followed soon after. I was a Biology major and had already taken so many classes that retaking anything wouldn't really help my gpa. I managed to keep A's and B's in all my sciences and prereqs. However, I have many D's and F's from the time I dealt with family and personal issues. I've been rejected TWICE and waitlisted ONCE. Third time was a charm and I could not be happier! I begin nursing school next month. There is much harder work ahead indeed but I NEVER GAVE UP!!!!! DON'T GET DISCOURAGED!!!! BE PATIENT! IT WILL HAPPEN!
  3. Haha! I am a new nursing student that will start in January and my commute to school will be 45 minutes. This is so funny.
