The Spring '05 Anatomy & Physiology Club: A&P 2
got my first exam back...... 76.5 but i got an extra 4 pts making it a 80.4!! not quite like the A's you all are getting, but it works for me!!!! (for now anyway) i have a tendency to study the things that DONT make up the bulk of the exam. thats where i get screwed. either that or i'll narrow the multiple choice down to 2 answers and i pick the WRONG one almost 85% of the time!! that gets me so mad. but yeh, as long as i dont go below an 80 on my exams, i'll be good to go. good job everyone else though. i wanna be like you when i grow up! :)

A & P 2
hehe... im taking A&P2 right now as well... we are using the martini book and the book site is very helpful. im not sure if you got a used text or a new one, but if you need access to the book site, let me know and i'll let you use my log-in info. but as far as lab goes, you can google search for additional materials, thats waht i did last semester. and if you need histology slide, go to google and click "images" above the search bar before typing in your search. there are a lot of good images on there and many of them look just like the slides you will be going over in lab. GOOD LUCK. -Mr-Focker-

What is the minimum active duty signup in the army nurse corps?
I was never told that there was a signing bonus when i joined the Army ROTC program. But about a month ago, I was talking to one of the other cadets and she said that she was told the bonus was $10,000 when she enrolled two years ago, however, she said that the bonus was recently cut to $5000. $10,000 wouldve been great, but $5000 isnt bad either considering all of my schooling is going to be paid for, not to mention all the benefits of being an army officer. but yeh... like armyrn said... get everything in writing if you can!! good luck in OBC... i have a year before i go... heard it was fun though. -Mr-Focker-

Army Nusring Questions
im not exactly sure what you're looking for.... but i am currently enrolled as a nursing student in the army ROTC program at clemson university. if you're deciding wether or not to get your BSN... DO IT!! it is the bes tthing that you can do for yourself and your career. it will be challenging, but the benefits of getting your BSN will be more than worth it. there are several programs out there that will allow you to get your BSN, just do a google search for universities or even go to http://www.goarmy.com, there is some usefull information on there as well. Im not sure if you want to be an officer in the military or not, but you have that option if you get your BSN. i would highly recommend you considering being an officer if you are gonna be in the military anyway. (better pay, better benefits, and you get to give orders too hehe). but definitely, get your BSN... it will open up many more doors for you & you'll be considered for promotion sooner whether in the military or as a civilian. -Mr-Focker-
