  1. Starting in November... $24,000 includes everything but white shoes and pen lights
  2. I wish you the best of luck!
  3. Thats how they work I guess. They let you know my June and classes start in August. Im trying to start taking as many classes as I can for the LPN to RN bridge program now. Many people ask why dont I just go for RN...well the waiting lists here in MA are ridiculous and I can not meet the requirements at this time, such as the highest teas score and stuff. Have you heard back from anyone yet about the programs you applied for?
  4. Well im on the worcester line, near target on lincoln st. monty tech in fitchburg has no waiting list and doesnt require preregs just a teas passing score. i find out in june if im in for sure. Its not that far and its evenings which is great! have you looked into that, i thought of assabet because im in district but its a waiting list with day classes
  5. There are some schools which are a hour away from me with no waiting lists and the ones close to me have up to a five year waiting list...Im in massachusetts
  6. Hey everyone! So Im finally going to school for what i want to be a Nurse! Here is my problem, well not much of a problem. I will not know if I get into the LPN program until June. If I am accepted into the program and graduate I am going to persue the LPN to RN Bridge program. I was thinking of taking my pre reqs starting now and by june i can also apply for the RN program. If im accepted I will join the RN over LPN. Now here is the catch, the programs im applying for are Evening. LPN is 60 weeks and the bridge is 1.5 years. RN program is a 2 year program so alot of the work is crammed. I am a young (24) wife, mother of three, and own/operate a daycare. In your honest option what would you do? Im torn reason be is if I do the LPN, which isnt as much work as the RN I can be done in 60 weeks..then i would have a LPN licensed, so if something comes up I dont have to drop out of t he RN program. or should I just get into the RN program? Ahh im so confused, i just need some advice other then my husbands :)
  7. I to am studying for my Teas I have a lpn program in mind (fitchburg). I was a cna and eventually let my license expire. Im a wife mom of three children under 7 and own and run a daycare so im starting out with my lpn and going from there.
  8. Hello. I'm just waiting to take my Teas and then be interviewed. I live in Shrewsbury and there are waiting list everywhere! I found a program in Fitchburg at Monty Tech, its nights and only 10months for LPN (which im crossing my fingers i can get in) there is no waiting list there. It is also nice because they teamed up with fitchburg state and have a LPN to RN bridge program :)
