Hello I am currently a RN thinking about joining the Navy. I have had a history of depression. I know depression is an automatic DQ. I was hoping that being off my medication for two years would qualify me. I believe there is a need for CC nurses. I hope this will help alongside me being off my medication for 2 years will help for a waiver. Military nurses, what are my chances? It is a dream to serve my country in the Navy.

That's good to know. I just got my fingerprints done but haven't sent them out yet.

Congratulations everyone so far!! Now I just gotta make sure I get at least those B's in the pre-reqs I'm in right now.. there is no way i'm losing my acceptance because of these classes, going to work hard till the end of this semester!

So, do you guys think the letter will be a "standard" sized letter or more along the lines of like "manila envelope" sized..if that makes sense? For those that got one, was it just a normal letter? Thanks!

Haha, I know i'm going nuts just wondering "did I get in or not, am I totally getting my hopes up for a rejection letter?" I want to know! ahh should I call NAU? ....no probably not lol

I was told that the NAU Yuma clinical (director/employee??) would get his list of those accepted to the Yuma campus after they sent out the letters. My mom (who works at the same hospital he does) was told by him directly that he got the list and they sent out the letters on friday.

No letter today:banghead: I really want to be a Lumberjack!

^lol thanks yeah today after not getting anything I was like "i'll just call them!" and my sister was just like "step away from the phone" lol Hopefully tomorrow, I'll definitely let you guys know if I get anything!
