  1. Congratulations!!! :balloons: :balloons:
  2. This sounds so much like my experience! I took it 2/1 and got 75 questions and I walked out of there knowing that I got maybe 2 right for sure! Strange feeling when I had almost a 4.0 during school. I am happy to say that I did indeed pass but it was the longest 48 hours of my life!! I know of 6 others who tested last week in addition to myself and 5 of them passed with 75 questions! The other passed with 150 questions. Chances are you passed! If you did well in school, you never would fail with 75 questions. I kept telling myself that if I had actually failed in 75 questions, the questions would have been easier. Good luck!!!!
  3. Hang in there...tons of people pass with 265!! If the questions were difficult and there were lots of priority questions, it is actually a good sign!!! Please hang in there and let us know how you did!!
  4. Kaplan has a book that comes with a cd and there is a bunch of priority questions on it.
  5. Chances are that those "way out there" questions were the 15 questions that don't count. I got almost a 4.0 in school and found it sooooo difficult. The fact that the computer shut off at 75 questions and they were difficult ones is a GOOD SIGN!! Mine did too and I found out today that I passed. Good luck!!
  6. I felt the same way...75 questions, really hard ones! I just found out I passed so hang in there!! Good luck!
  7. I found out via pearsonvue that I passed!! I am so excited!!! I am going out to dinner with my husband tonight to celebrate!!! Congrats to all who just passed and good luck to those waiting to find out!! :balloons: :balloons: :balloons: :balloons:
  8. congratulations susan! :balloons: :balloons: that's exactly how i feel...not exactly like i failed, yet not like i passed. the priority questions were so much more complex that i was taken aback. i would think though, that if i failed in 75 questions that the questions would have been easier??? holy cow...4 more hours to wait! good luck to you in the profession!
  9. I'm still waiting...I should be able to get my results by noontime from Pearson Vue. Boy, it's harder to wait than I thought it would be!! (and I only have to wait 48 hrs!) I'll post later when I get my results!
  10. hang in there! it's going to be a long 2 days!! i too shut off at 75 questions. it was very difficult, imho. i got down to 2 answers most of the time and it wasn't clear to me the right answer. i'll be checking in to see how you did! good luck!!!
  11. Hi, I took the NCLEX this morning and it shut off at 75 questions. I found the questions to be very difficult. Lots of priority questions, a few delegation, a bunch of psych, a few OB, a bunch of pick all that apply. I don't feel like I failed, yet it doesn't feel like I passed, if that makes any sense. I seemed to get down to 2 answers and had a hard time picking one. Two others from my class also shut off at 75 questions. I guess I'll know for sure in 2 days!
  12. Congratulations!!!!!!! :balloons: :balloons: :balloons: :balloons: :balloons:
  13. I am going to be an emergency room nurse and am supposed to start hospital orientation next Monday so keep your fingers crossed! Your job sounds like an interesting one!!!!
  14. Oh you must be a basketcase right now! Most people who have it shut off at 75 pass and with your history of grades, the odds are so good that you passed! When can you find out your results~ Wednesday? Keep us posted!! I am going tomorrow morning so I'll let you know what I think! Hang in there!!!!!!!!
  15. I'm reviewing some medications and my Kaplan book (breaking down the question) I just found this website on conversions to refresh my memory: http://www.accd.edu/sac/nursing/math/convers.html I'm in MA. I can't wait to hear back from you after you take it! I'll post when I get home!! Tracy : )
