  1. This issue is the same reason I haven't signed up for school.. I'm afraid of failing because of Math
  2. I read through the threads and stumbled across a great web site I started today it helps in all areas of math and it also keeps track of your progress. http://Www.khanacademy.com.
  3. I thought I was the only one who felt like this. I have been putting this off for years now because I'm afraid of the math. I would like to further my career but I'm not good at math. Once you figure out how to over come this fear PLEASE let me know.
  4. I'm in NJ making 12.75 per hour part time with a 1:9 ratio morning shift. 30 Residents that's out of control. That's a dangerous situation for the residents and your license. How can one receive proper care with such a ratio. The facility has to have high fall rates.
  5. My dream position is to be a RN... But I have been considering taking the LPN course. I have attended school for everything under the sun CMA, CNA, CHHA
  6. I have been reading a lot of articles and they say it's a good future for new LPN's. but then I have conversations with people and the say lot of places are not hiring LPN's anymore. I'm very confused on which career path to take. Any Advice??
  7. I agree with you I'm a CNA in New Jersey and I make $14.75 and $16 on the weekends
