  1. If it stays raised, you will probably have to get a chest X-ray to make sure you don't have TB. If your chest X-ray is negative for TB, then you probably just had a bad reaction to the TB solution.
  2. Honestly, sounds like a scar. A lot of times, African American's scars are pink/white, as are ours, but ours are less noticeable, obviously. Did she have a previous area on her coccyx? If it's not a scar, then it's a stage 1, superficial area & cleaning + barrier cream + keeping the area dry will be best until/if it opens up.
  3. I live in Ohio & currently work in LTC. As an RN with 2 years at this nursing home, I make $21.71/hr working day shift. I just got offered a position at the University hospital & will be making $25.83/hr plus $1 shift differential for working nights. Hope this helps!! Most places pay more though too for PRN staff.
