    Yes! PGNT is the only door for you become a staff nurse (except for ER staff nurse position). Some trainees from PGNT batch 1 are now waiting for their official instatement.

    Personally, I have no hospital experience. The exam was only an IQ Test. During the orientation, they only explained the program and then you decide if ever you pass the IQ test.

    UPDATE: I just learned that ER Staff Nurse Position is not under the Division of Nursing. They are under different department, perhaps the Medical Dept (not sure). ER Nurses have different uniform too.

    Good question and we also asked them this during the orientation. NO, there is no guarantee for employment. This is just a pure training accredited by PRC. However, this is the training where they can consider applicants for hiring.
