    Most accredidated NP schools require a BSN as it is a masters prepared degree. There is talk of making NP a doctorate prepared degree in 2015. Google research for a program that would work for you. Keep in mind that you will be a more effective NP with more nursing experience.

    this is a LOT better orientation to CCU nursing than some places offer. You should be fine. continue to study and learn outside of orientation. Hopefully, there will be another RN scheduled with you that has CCU experience that you can use as resource.

    no, they do not have to make special accomodations for you for childcare issues. You can apply for a different shift if one is available.
