  1. It was relax panel interview with the faculty. All are behavioral questions that involves what you will do on this kind of situation. The program director was very nice enough to shake anything awkward during interview. Be honest of what you know and what you don't. Goodluck to those interviewing next month.

  15. UPDATE: I got the job. It seems that the traveler agency is using intimidation and bluff to harass nurses to take assignment in order to get their commission. Thank you all for your advice.
  16. Hello fellow nurses, I just want to ask about your opinion on my situation. I recently applied to a travel agency (first time) of course I sent multiple applications elsewhere, after few weeks, I got 2 offers from hospital a full time position and a 13 week assignment from the travel agency. Everything happened smoothly, and accepted the full time position. I wrote a polite email that I am declining the job offer from the travel agency, however, this is when my nightmare starts. Recruiter starts calling and texting multiple times. I then responded to the text that I am not pursuing the offer. But it didn't stop there, he escalated the matter to the VP, I spoke to the VP of that agency again stated I am not anymore interested about the position. It was cordial, she asked about the company that I will be working with (Sadly, I regret mentioning it), end of the conversation. The next morning, I received a call and a text from the CEO (as he claimed it). Again pursuiding me about the offer. I responded the third time that I'm not interested about the offer. Now, he is threatening me that he escalated the matter to the CNO of the hospital where I supposed to do my assignment and he is implying I am burning bridges to that hospital and since I mentioned my future employer, he goes to mention that the management of the hospital (it is hard to not give specifics) knows the CNO of the hospital of my potential employer. And might jeopardize my job. And he goes to say that a lot more behind the scenes is going on and he mentioned it as a courtesy. I was shock! I decided not to respond. The next day, I received multiple texts from my recruiter. He describe me as deceptive and a liar, and questioned why I did the interview if I am not interested in the position. And he wants me to write an apology to their CEO because I was deceptive and liar. Again, threatened me that they have connections and my potential employer wouldn't like to hire a deceptive employee. This time I decided to block their numbers. I just don't understand why I am experiencing this, I extend the courtesy that I am not interested to the position anymore, and how I was deceptive if I dont accept the offer. Does anyone else experience this?
  17. Currently with Methodist. Happy and contented with my decision.
  18. Yes, you hit every points. Thanks bud. I stumble at this position Implementation Coach - Nursing | Careers | McKinsey & Company. It is from Mckinsey. Whats your thoughts? If I may ask, what is your background? Are you in consultancy right now?
  19. Wow. Thank you. Maybe based on my background, I would probably do the Project consulting. As I said my background is critical care. Do you know what experience I need to be desirable? Because I just don't know where to start. All my coworkers doing either NP or CRNA school. So, I really don't know anyone who goes to this route
  20. Appreciate the response. Im interested staying in healthcare. My stats are not too impressive. My experience are in critical care but willing to switch gear in order to be desirable for consultancy. My plan is to do dual program MSN leadership/ MPH health management/ economics so I can build my credentials. Would you think that will help?
