  1. I have subbed in about 5 districts so far. One district has the RN clean the poopy pants. The aides are not allowed to touch the children. For the very young children, a parent must come get the child. Another district does not allow any staff to clean the child. The parent has to come and change the child and decide whether or not to take the child home.
  2. ati is a separate set of books. it does not come with the Kozier textbook. I used Kozier for 101 and 105. I would definitely suggesting buying. I refer back to my textbooks now in my rn to bsn program.
  3. i graduated from the program. read, read, read. you need the textbook, we used kozier. ati is a summary.. the first semester was hard, as i came in with no nursing experience. people with some cna/pca experience seem to do a little better in clinical. i did great in the classroom, but was clinically weak. i found the program very rigorous. i mistakenly took chemistry with nursing 101 and almost failed chemistry. luckily i had a professor who dropped your lowest grade.
  4. i am not a fan. i ordered a print book for $10. hopefully that is an option again.
  5. i am taking capstone too and still deciding what elective to take.
  6. Things are going good, much better than last session. I have handed in week one assignment already and my posts have been done since early in the week. I am trying to get ahead, while I can.
  7. Preview week opened up for me today.
  8. Nr 351 was great. I had a great professor. I am taking informatics and health assessment.
  9. where did you get the online fax number from?
  10. Thanks! I hope that is preview week for me to. I want to get a head start this semester. What classes are you taking this session?
  11. I started in May. Do you know when preview week begins?
  12. In the last stretch of week 7, onto week 8. I am surprised how smooth it went. I just have to do some finishing touches on both classes. Then I start round 2 in a week. I did not have to take math since I came in with a previous bachelors.
  13. Sorry about that confusion. I have to learn to communicate better. Week 1 is over for me. Onward to week 2. I have to keep up on my studies. I need to do things as I get them, because the unexpected could happen and I get easily behind in work.
  14. This is what I did. I found a program and did two classes while I was studying for the NCLEX. I transferred since then to a quicker program online.
  15. I do not know what you mean by 2 different names ? nope my soc profs name is *****(name redacted per site ToS/privacy. Do not post names of professors )
