I took mine a week ago! Just try to keep that confident attitude for sure. Find a relaxation technique that works for you... Deep breathing, closing your eyes... Something. They do let you get up and leave the testing center for a minute or two.. So you can to walk the hallway or do whatever! I had 142 questions and 21 SATA and today I hold my RN license! You can do it. This is the last road block to that amazing nursing career! You can do it!

I took my exam last week, only about 6 days after getting my ATT. I hadn't study as much as I should and when I started to try to review weak content areas on top of doing practice questions... I literally had a break down. My husband delt with 36 hours of no sleeping and no eating and a lot of crying. Finally, the day before the test ... He took me shopping, went out to dinner with my family and watched a movie. Moral of this post: nursing school has prepared you for this very moment and you know a lot more than you think you do. Trust that your judgement is good, and when you don't know... Just go with your gut! Also, I would highly recommend not studying the day before your exam. You need to find a relaxation technique that really works for you. At a few points, I just put my head down on my desk and took 5 deep breaths. It was very helpful. I had 142 questions with 21 SATA. Have confidence in your abilities and you will conquers the last step to becoming a nurse. You can do it! A positive attitude is key to your success! Keep us informed!

I definitely agree that you shouldn't do anything the day before! I relaxed with my husband all day and went for a walk the morning of. (My test time was 10am). At this point, you know what you are going to know and will probably freak yourself put more by trying to study because you will find things you don't know and it will make you nervous! You made it through nursing school, which is no easy task, so you are smart and you will be a nurse when it is all said and done!! You can do it. I would practice relaxation techniques at this point!

MissHaleyDawn - I took the NCLEX on 6/14/12 and had 21 SATA questions/142 total. I passed! The thing you need to think about is that SATA questions are well above the minimum competency line, and you only are expected to get 1/2 right to pass. I did the Kaplan alternative style questions and Davis Q&A book that had a lot of alternative form questions. The best thing you can do is take a deep breath and know that you can do it!!
