  1. I am a second year student at Gordon. It is stressful, but I love it. As Bunky said, the teachers are awesome! We are winding down this semester, finals in about 2 weeks and then only one more semester. WooooHOOOO Good Luck.
  2. you apply to the program in November, and they will let you know if you are selected by April. You start the program in the Fall, August. So you will have to apply for the program in November 06 and then start in August 07. I will be graduating in May 07. Wooo hoooo. Good luck and if you need anything else let me know.
  3. Gordon is an ADN program not an LPN program. It is not diffucult to get in if you have really good grades. When I applied I had a 3.8 GPA. But others got in with lower. Guys got in with under a 3.00GPA. I think this fall there were 400 applicants and only about 120get accepted. You may also want to try Macon, they have an ADN program also. Not sure where you live so. . . LaGrange also has a nursing program. Hope this helps.
  4. Congratulations on your acceptance. I am in my 2nd semester at Gordon and very excited about this semester ending. I will be taking Microbiology this summer and then two more semesters til graduation. :balloons: YEAH! Good luck and if you need anything let me know. Belle
  5. I am a pre-nursing student at Gordon College. I have submitted my application for next fall and have a 3.9 GPA so I am hoping that will impress the Judges. I only have A&P II and Microbiology left on prereq's. Good luck all!
  6. A&P I sheep heart and kidney A&P II Cat sheep eye we one of these per 2 people. very cool stuff, but the kidney stunk really bad, smelled like a dirty bathroom in the lab for days. :rotfl:
  7. I finished A&P I last semester with an "A". Moving on to A&P II this semester and then Microbiology in the summer. I loved the labs. They were great! I think school is great. I graduated high school in 1985 and went back last year, so had alot of adjusting to do. So far, so good, GPA 3.86 and hope to keep it that way. We did kidney and heart disections and then this semester we will be disecting a cat (EWWW) I think it should be like a pig or something, I eat those. :chuckle If you all need help, let me know, I will point you in the right direction anyway. Belle
