  3. Same here, I also applied to CABON for first licensure(I am a foreign Grad.)and I live in NY. I am confused where to endorse my license. NY requires CVS from CGFNS and its very lengthy process and I hope NJ is faster in doing endorsement...but, the problem is I want to work in such a facility which sponsers Green Card. I dont know how fast NJ state is in issuing Green Card..I heard that NY needs only few weeks.... ********************************************************** NJ and NY processes Green card in about the same speed. As to how fast green cards are processed, it would usually depend on the processing center of the USCIS, currently : Vermont (where NJ & NY are included), California, Texas and Nebraska processing centers. Texas usually is the longest, more than 1 year to get your approval, then California, then Nebraska, and then there's Vermont processing center, where it takes about 2 weeks to 2 months. I got my approval in about 3 weeks. So it doesn't matter much if u pick NY or NJ, processing time is the same. You will need your english exams though before you can be processed. Good luck to you. :)
  4. thanks for the info, suzanne4. really appreciate it . . . :)

  6. The average RR is 16 - 20, anything above that is already tachypnea. Which for an asthmatic means poor control. MAybe you would need to go to your doctor, or pulmonologist. Usually, in order to gain better control, he would usually give an inhaled corticosteroid combination with a bronchodilator to address the bronchoconstriction and inflammation that is the problem with asthma.
