  1. Took my nclex used a pre-paid visa with $5 on it. 5 min after my exam, if done correctly it will be a red triangle used as a stop sign, stating "our records indicate...and will not let you register for the exam for any reason, indicating you passed the test. The same card was used 2hrs later when my classmate took her exam. It read "insufficient funds" meaning if I had $200 available at that time on the card, it would have taken the money and registered her for another exam. She ultimately did not pass. However, our state allows multiple times to take the test, she studied retook the test in a month or so and passed. So, it does not look good for you right now, and I could be wrong, but over the past year I have known over 150 people take this exam ( my program brings in 240 people) so have have a lot of experience with people using the pvt trick it absolutely works and is damn near 100% accurate, 99.9999, best of luck to you! RN..
  2. She is not being truthful with us, you dont finish th exam, YOU DONT PASS!!!!! End of discussion. Even though your intentions were probably not warranted, it does seem kind of funny you keep saying you passed. I think the computer screen went blank and you got up with paper in your hand causing them to remove you from the test center.
  3. Trick still works change your expiration date on your cc, it use a green dot card with no money. If is says after entry that your card has insufficient funds, then unfortunately you did not pass, because if you had the 200 dollars on the card it will prompt you to register for another exam. Congratulations, if you got the red triangle staing that you cannot register for another exam at this time meaning you passed and you are officially an RN.
  4. Congrats!
  5. You passed, congratulations RN, dont read anymore posts about the subject do not waste your money on quick results either. Breath! Pat yourself on the back, have your favorite beverage and relax. Dont even think about it, have confidence and faith that you've done your best.
  6. I got 44% on that test it was brutal! My classmate got a 28 on it and we both passed, I had 75 and he had 265 but we passed. If you studied properly, you will have no problems with passing nclex. Q trainers 6 and 7 and sample test 4 were actually harder than my nclex. My scores, q t 6 58%, qt 7 66%. Like the reader before me suggested, you must treat each answer like a true or false. On my exam, I was looking forward to them, they were not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I had about 25 of them, but to me the put in order questions were more difficult and I had 5 of those. PDA book helped me tremendously. More than half of my exam was who would you see first You will be ok. Good luck
  7. Ncsbn is affordable and they are the writers of the exam. Also, PDA by Lachairty it is a must have, majority of my test were priority questions.
  8. Please study pharm, its your overall knowledge of pharmacology not just meds. I personally only had 5 meds, but their were about 10 other pharmacology questions that i had to answer for instance, what is the first action you should take for a patient showing signs of a hemolytic reaction. Or that can put that question in an sata. What are the steps you would take? Either way, its all pharmacology and you must show minimum knowlege of the topic chosen. Good luck!
  9. Hey, you need to be optimistic, you probably passed this time. Have faith that you did your best and pray for a positive outcome. Good luck!
  10. I got my 74 and 75 questions wrong and still passed and my computer shut off after my 75 question. it doesn't mean anything if you get it right or wrong. I also know people who got 75 76 questions right and failed.
  11. Congratulations, i have a friend that is to struggling with anxiety and multiple failed attempts. I will have him email you for advice.
  12. Great resourse! Saunders rationals I found to be more in depth and easier to understand. Although, kaplan and their questions are more difficult which is what you need in order to pass. Questions that are of the passing level of difficulty.
  13. About 2 months of hard work and dedication. Like rick james song "fire and desire" that was me every single day for two months failed in march retake was in may
  14. You can definitely do this the next time, good luck future RN..our paths may cross someday..
  15. Hey, I am sorry to here that. You have an excellent personally and work ethic, believe me their isnt anything that you done wrong, you can take this exam as many times if you need too, but looking at how many questions you had I bet your cpr results were near passing which means you were really close, you just need to tweek it a little and I am confident you will pass it in july, keep me posted good luck Nurse..
  16. Dont know their pass rates nor do I care. I attended Wayne State University, I failed the nclex the first time with 75 questions, but through very very hard work and determination I was able to pass on my next attempt with 75 questions. Therefore, people so keep snard comments to themselves about someone's ability or lack of intelligence. Oh, by the way I will continue posting comments on this thread to help someone in need pass nclex not english. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT BEING PROFESSIONAL ON AN OPINIONATED NURSING FORUM.
  17. who cares, thanks for the english lesson though...........I know the difference, im just not putting emphasis on grammer right now. Oh! I guess that makes me a horrible nurse right?
  18. Well said, I dont care there should not be a cap on the number of times you take the exam. "who cares" ITS THERE MONEY. People who criticize others for failure need to re evaluate there situation. she should read your post over and over because you are truely the meani g of hard work does pay off. I am a new nurse so who am i to judge. I passed, after failing it doesn't make me a better or worse nurse than the person who passed the 1st time with 75 questions. Good for them, but do not jugde someone that you do not know personally.
  19. Congratulations New RN, Last question doesn't mean a hill of beans it's what you were able to accomplish before your 75 question. On my exam my last question was a sata that I know I got wrong and I passed. There are 15 questions that are used for next series of exams that doesn't count towards your score. Congrats!!
  20. don't worry please!!! when you worry that's when you start to second guess yourself and your scores with ati are impressive. If you have time while your waiting for the green light. Lippincott has a free trial for two weeks called Passpoint and its computer adaptive as well, It also is a great indicator of where you are currently. I wasn't able to do many questions, but I passed, so I did not mention that one in my post. I only achieved Mastery level 4 in about 2 days due to my exam. They say if you have achieved level 8 you will pass. However, I think you are ready, claim that RN status, you got this and keep that same confident attitude while taking the exam and be prepared to take the entire 265, so if you get less you will feel better.
  21. You may have passed, 223 doesn't mean that you failed it just means that the writers of the test needed a little more information from you. Think positive, Know that you did your best and whatever happens, happens. Your study regimen was great, you did what you could do. With that being said, I have a couple of friends who had that exact same number of questions, no kidding, I am not trying to make you feel better or build up your confidence, two friends, one timed out at 223 and passed and the other 223 and the computer shut off to find out they passed also. Hey, have you try the PVT trick?....I did on my 1st attempt, but not on my second I waited for the quick results.
  22. My test was friday my computer shut off at 75 i only had 5 sata and a lot of who would you see firsi Did the trick in my car and got the good po ip You might have pulled it off
  23. Congratulations RN, i took mine on the 16th of may and got the same message. Im in michigan they do participate in quick results saw my name monday morning. Great feeling.
  24. Hi, you have to read my post darien for I have failed as well, then passed with 75 questions. Just by working my but off and a planned schedule. And just by sticky to a strict plan for 2 to 3 months I know that seems like a long time, but it will go by fast. Your problem is not content seeing that you achieved mastery level 8 on Lippincott. You just have to understand what you are reading. If you know anyone who went to the same test center as you see if they remember any of there questions, who knows you may see them on your exam I had about 5 verbatim questions from other test takers from that same center. Because they re composite the questions, I know this personally.
  25. Please do not schedule your exam unless you are ready. The nclex is tricky but doable. ATI is a great course, you should do just fine. I did about the same amount of questions per day, all above passing questions. With those questions make sure your understanding the rationals because the writers of the nclex get there info from all the resources that we are using they just re-word the hell out of the question, but if you know your material they can't trip you up on distractors that they put in place to make you use nursing judgement. Every one who takes this exam will get 50% wrong, that was a tough pill to swallow for me, but if you get 1/2 of the difficult questions correct you're ok. Think higher level. And utilize the dry erase board they give you to breakdown you analysis or application questions these are the difficult ones...Good luck!
