  3. Hi guys!!!! FIU is a hot topic around here, and I think it is a great university to go in Miami. I am applying for Fall 2012. The advisor told me that the lowest GPA they took last year were 3.60 and there is only 100 spots there. The HESI is not the big deal. They will just look for the passing scores of Reading and Math, which have to be higher than 80%; anyway you will have to take the whole test: anatomy, chemistry, vocabulary... all of it. In their web page you will see everything for the test. The book is "Admission Assessment, Exam Review" 2nd edition, from Mosby (blue and yellow). It is around $40, and the test is $50. You have two opportunities, and you have to pay each time the 50 bucks. Be sure you leave room to re-make it because it needs 45 days between one and another. The viedo is the new thing this year, lets see how it goes. I hope this will help for the ones that look for more information, anyway the best way to get informed is going to their web page and having and appointment with an advisor. Good Luck!!!!
