@ ameminence in my opinion kaplan question trainer is much harder compare to actual nclex exam, the pattern resembles more like the nclex 4000 questions. The SATA is not that kind of hard if you build strong content.. as i say i would not recommend the kaplan because for me it makes me over think the question, however i also tried the kaplan Qtrainer and my ave. is above 60%. During my self review period of 1 month i focus more on saunders 5e CD familiarized its concept and practice on nclex 4000. Guys i only have the PDA book which i buy online, the rest are just the CD which i downloaded somewhere (saunders 5e, nclex 4000 and the kaplan q trainer) and some old notes from nursing school which i used during my review. just focus on content and everything will follow, If your averaging above 60% especially on T6 and T7 on your first try on kaplan Q trainer i think your good to go on the exam. good luck

Took My NCLEX Exam This morning with 75Q, Try PVT pop up says "Our Records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. I Have about 10-12 SATA, 2 ECG strip, 3 Exhibit, 2 drag and drop, and about 15 Prioritization Study Material Used: Saunders 5e, PDA (lacharity), Nclex 4000, and Nclex study guide from allnurses, Kaplan Qtrainer Exam Prep.: Self review for 1 month from April 31-May 2, 2012. Practice Exam average Scores: Just Browse my previous post PS. Highly recommend Saunders 5e, PDA, the study guide from allnurses (The one that has Spiderman) and nclex 4000, Kaplan Qtrainer Makes me Over think the way i answer the question thats why i will not recommend it. The Actual exam is much more the same in nclex 4000 and saunders

I will be taking the NCLEX RN in 4 days so far this is my progress. Kaplan Q trainer 1-7: I-64%,II69%,III60%,IV57%,V61%,VI61%.VII62% Saunders 5e average: 72% NCLEX 4000 average: 70-75% PDA average: 65-70% What do you think guys....

Review Start: March 31, 2012 NCLEX exam: May 3, 2012 Books: Saunders, Lacharity Kaplan QT 1-6 scores: I-64,II-69,III-60,IV-57,V-61,VI-61. T7 reserve im going to take it before or around 3 days before my exam. Saunders 5e cd: Total 1100 exam, 100-150/day, exact average:69.7% Lacharity PDA Scores: 55-60% What do you think guys about my performance

I start reviewing last march 29, 2012 when i received my ATT, Im more focus on saunders content than nclex 4000 but in SATA im using NCLEX 4000. right now im working on prioritization using PDA lacharity. I did not finish nclex 4000 yet because im using it as an assessment tool to gauge if i learn something from saunders.im so anxious too because i dont have enough time to study since i have my 2 months old baby. though we have to think positive that we can make it. good luck for both of us

guys im just newbie in this site, im taking my nclex-rn exam this 3rd of May. Im using Kaplan Q trainer, Nclex 4000, PDA, and Saunders 5 ed. Ive done Kaplan Q trainer 1-6,so far my scores for the first try are.T1=64% T2=69% T3=60% T4=57% T5=61% T6=61%, im gunna finish T7 2 days before my exam. NCLEX 4000 scores around 65%-70%, PDA (lacharity) worst scores need to polish this one, my scores are chapter I= 58%, II=59%, III=77%, IV=50%, V=56%,VI=65%,VII=53%,VIII=66%, IX=68%,X=52%,XI%68 im goin to finish the rest of the chapter in the nxt few days and plan to re answer it again a week before my exam(chapter 1-18). This stat is taken for the first try except nclex 4000 because some of the questions keep coming back during my practice. For those who have done the exam and passed please comment on my performance. thank u very much. For those who are taking this cming May will support each other, btw im a 2nd courser from the Philippines graduated last nov. 2009 and passed my local board last 2010.
