If you get married before your green card application is approved, you will be able to add your Spouse to your green card application. So that the immigration papers will get processed together for both you and your spouse. I-140 application is only for you, so it does not matter if you are married or not. If you did not add your spouse's green card application, while your's is pending, the immigration process for your spouse will take 3-4 years. This is just my understanding, please consult with your lawyer for more information.

Yes PERM is the new process for Labor Certification, it will start from March 28. Since nurses fall under Schedule A, they dont require labor certification, and no need for PERM. **This is my personal opinion, i am not a lawyer, contact your lawyer if you need legal help.

Pearson-Vue sends the ATT once the state board finds the candidate eligible to write NCLEX. All scheduling are also requested to Pearson vue. However, it is to the state board that rectification of any info in the ATT to be made(sounds odd, isn't it). I have applied recently in NJ and this is the procedure.
