I personally wouldn't want a prayer said, but I would take into the consideration of your belief and hey, if it makes you feel better then go ahead. Besides, I'm dead, I'm already "at peace".

It all sound fishy to me. But one of my main questions is, why did the grandmother need to "hurry it along"? If there is some recording of the MD saying this, the hospital should be responsible for submitting it to the proper people.

If you want to see how some of the professors rate there is a great website called pickaprof.com. If your school is on it, they have the averages of all grades given and there is a spot on there for students to "rate" the professor. It has been a tremendous help to my classmates and I in picking the best times and professors. I think you have to pay a $5 membership fee now but it's totally worth it.

I apologize for the direct attack on an individual forum member. It was unfair. I just want people to understand how (obviously from the heat being generated) important this topic is to women. Again, my deepest apologies if I offended or mislead anybody. I am no one to judge.

I agree that everybody is entitled to thier own opinion and I would never judge someone for having a different view than me. BUT, we are taught in school to use contraceptives if we're going to be sexually active and don't want children yet. Are these pharmacists the same people voting for abstinence only being taught in schools, because we all know how well that works? And again, who are you to tell me what to do with my body???? Leave my sexual decisions out of your personal views because that's exactly what it is, MY sexual and medical decision. :angryfire

I just started my prerequisite courses for nursing school and I'm already starting to get burnt out. I know how important the information is, but seriously, do we really need to take ten thousand entrance exams and know the process of cellular polarization? Do patients ever ask you why thier cells do things? I don't think so. Usually they just want a no b.s. honest answer. I am experiencing a huge meltdown in all my courses. No matter how much I study or try, I'm still BARELY making the grade. It's so frustrating. :angryfire Why can't we study what we'll actually use and get on with our lives? Does ANYBODY have some advice? I really need some reassurance on why I'm here. I love my internship at the hospital and what I do there is exactly everything I signed up for when I started this program, so why is "nursing school" so abstract? Help!
