  1. I'm so excited, I can't wait to start!!
  2. Great thanks for the reply. The less I have to spend on books the better. I will definately invest in those books because learning the material is what's going to help to succeed in nursing. Thanks again hiddencatRN
  3. Thank you so much for the valuable information. I actually sent you a reply on one of your old threads on Saunders book on Amazon. There isn't any specific books that you would suggest that'll help prepare me for the Hesi, as well as, class study material? Thank you so much for the replying and answering my questions.
  4. Great and congrats!! yea get all the scholarships you can!
  5. Hello all, I got accepted to Drexel University and have been reading many threads on allnurses about Drexel's hesi exams, and it still has me a little worried. I posted some comments on forums that I've found on allnurses but none of which are up to date. I never received a response from anyone, so if anyone can give me any insight on how to prepare for it? When does Drexel give you the hesi exams? If there are any books, what type of books do you recommend that will prepare me for Drexel's hesi? Even if you would like to share your experiences. thanks
  6. hi hiddencatrn i have a question about the hesi exam and what books you suggested using. i got accepted to drexel's co-op program. i was reading some of your other posts regarding books to use to prepare for the hesi exam. now, i saw saunders comprehensive review and hogans review and rationales. i noticed that hogan has review& rationales for pharmacology, mental health, medical surgical, child health, and maternal and newborn. do you recommend purchasing all of these books? which author is the best?
  7. @whattodo4 Drexel is a University not a CC, so you will be entering whatever degree you choose unless you are freshman out of hs coming in the University. HS students need the prep classes. If you are a transfer student then you already completed the prep classes at a junior college (CC) and will be entering directly into the nursing program. hope this info helps.

  10. @Bianca Z. I do not believe you can complete the nursing, bsn in 2 years.Drexel has a minimum of 3 years. Congrats to you & ill see u this fall..
  11. Hello I am new to allnurses. I've been browsing the forums and have failed to locate any topics about Drexel's nursing bsn co-op program. I am very curious as if anyone has been accepted to the program starting this fall 2012 new or transfer, or even students/nurses who completed the program and or still in the program. How are/were your experiences? If you are starting this fall like I am, I'd like to hear from you as well!!
  12. Congrats on you getting accepted. How long did it take before you received notification that you were accepted to the nursing program?
