  1. I took my NCLEX RN exam yesterday at 2 p.m., the test shut off at 75 questions one hour and forty minutes after I started and I can tell you I walked out of the testing center feeling like a complete failure. I raced back to the hotel to check the PVT and got the good pop up that said according to our records another test cannot be scheduled at this time, contact your board member. I don't think you need to wait 6 hours. I just hope the trick really works, it has for everyone else I know who has tried it. I've tried to register on Pearson Vue about 60 times in 16 hours lol, still getting the good pop up.
  2. I've seen students accused of cheating for buying a test bank online, they were later failed and were going to be forced to retake the class after a semester suspension and an ethics class. However, legal counsel was brought into the picture and in the end the students won. The final verdict was that the students would be crazy to not purchase any tool that would help them study for exams. They said the test bank is used by instructors to give instructors "ideas" of how to create "their own" test questions and that the ethical views of the instructor are just as flawed as the faculty is accusing the students ethical views of being because the instructor was taking the work of someone else, copying it exactly, and presenting it as his own work in the form of a test. Any instructor who says they don't know that anyone can buy a test bank online for as cheap as $10 is likely not telling the truth. If the instructors and universities are that concerned over students using test banks for cheating they need to require the instructors to form their own questions and not rely on the work of the publishers.
  3. I am in the ITT program in Tulsa, getting ready to start my 6th quarter in a few weeks. Overall I have been satisfied with the program, I knew there would be kinks to work out because its a new program but I think they handle any problems in a speedy fashion and for the most part they are more than fair with the students. I can't wait to graduate though and am pondering testing out of psychology, I just wonder what their test out exam consists of, I know they are different than the general CLEP tests most community schools use.
