  1. Yes, you do. Although, I tried it both ways and the same pop-up came up. But the directions say to say you have already taken the exam.
  2. The same message comes up still. I have recently scheduled a test...contact a board member...a lot of people from my school drove their transcripts to Sacramento to expedite it. You can also try calling and speaking with someone at the BRN, which is what I did. Some of my classmates are still waiting to hear after 3 weeks!
  3. Hi! I mean if you got your temporary license. In CA it is referred to as an IP. If you got one and it is still up, then you haven't failed. It is how I checked when I didn't have results.
  4. The same thing happened with me. My transcripts weren't sent on time, but I also got the "good pop up". I found out yesterday that I passed! I don't think it matters if the BRN has completed your file. Pearson still knows whether you passed, and they are not connected with the BRN, except to give results. If you got an IP, keep checking that status as well. As long as it's up, you're good. The BRN takes that down as soon as they get the notice that someone failed.
  5. Thanks, it's going to take a lot longer for me because my school didn't send my transcripts in on time. Someone has me all freaked out that the PVT won't work in CA because we don't get quick results. I'm trying to find somewhere that says the PVT hasn't worked for them. So far, all I see is it working. I'm just really nervous. Good luck to you!!!
  6. I took the test last week in CA, I can't get quick results because I'm in CA. Just called the CA BRN, and they haven't received my transcripts yet. I can't get my results until they are in. Will this affect the PVT results? I've gotten the good pop up ever since I've taken the test. I just want to make sure the PVT still works.
  7. I don't know. I haven't seen anybody confirm a certain state when saying they got the cc page. I have been so relieved, but now I'm starting to freak out again. Just because they can't give us the results, doesn't mean they don't have them. They grade the tests right away.
  8. The same exact thing for me. 265 questions, a ton of SATA, med calculations, and pharm. I have been getting the "good" pop up since I took it on Wednesday. I want to believe it means I passed, but I'm still so nervous. I've only ever been told that 265 is bad! Ugh...this is worse than waiting to see if I got accepted to nursing school! And I didn't think anything would be worse than that wait!
  9. When you did the PVT did it give you the good pop up and you still failed? Or did it direct you to the CC page?
  10. I took my NCLEX on Wednesday, I live in CA so I can't get my quick results. I have gotten the "You have recently scheduled this exam, contact your nursing board..." message every time since I have taken the test. I am still really nervous that I didn't pass, it was so much harder than expected. Is everybody sure it works??
