Cant speak to Seattle, but most of the Bay Area hospitals have pay listed on the websites, you'll just have to poke around a bit to find it. That being said, for a 5-7yrs in the SF area you should be around 150-170k depending on place and specialty etc. Keep in mind I am writing this from the inside of my in-law studio that costs $3100/month. I came from Boulder Colorado which I though was expensive, but this place is almost lawless when it comes to money.

@tesla22 I was only trying to say that I am the only other ENP applicant other than rawz2014 that I had seen in this thread so far, not that I'm the only one following the thread of course. I know lots of other MSN applicants are anxiously waiting. Are you an ENP applicant as well? @rawz2014 yep it's the only application I've put out.

@quetzalcoatl That's not true, most all of the hospitals in the greater Denver area do not discriminate based on program type, its more about the schools securing placements in general, what they do with them is up to the school, and I felt DSN did a fair job with that. I went to DSN, graduated ADN in July 2014, and had clinical placement in MS2 and PEDS at Denver Heath as well as a capstone there in PCU. I also had OB at Good Sam. And I work in the ER at BCH currently, and while I may not be the norm necessarily, it's totally feasible. Overall I think considering the number of students DSN handles, they do/did a pretty good job. Best of luck to all.

When I started the program it was around $42,000 total cost or so. You can easily lookup the tuition schedule on the website or call up the finaid office to check current rate, but for the ADN program the tuition listed is the price since, unlike the BSN program, all the prereqs must be done before start of Q1. You can typically take up to about half the cost of tuition via federal student loans depending on your situation, and they do offer no-interest monthly payment plans as well. Hope this helps.

It's super easy, and the study guide is fine. The entrance exam is not hard, just tedious and time consuming for some. The hesi's throughout the program however, they are hard lol.

Also, yes the nlnac accred applies to the Lpn to ADN program
