Mine was placed on queue last Sept 8, received a feedback today that they also need a breakdown of the theoretical hours of the Transcript which I was not aware. Hello sweetisay, The documents reflected in my portal on July but I did not receive any feedback yet if they have a comment with the exit stamp that I had translated. The police clearance is so difficult to secure especially if you do not have anyone who can process on your behalf in Saudi. I am just praying that I wont have any problem as this is what they have replied to me by email. I also sent my Saudi Council Good Standing along with a blank RAV Form and the announcement that they are no longer filling the forms. Just keeping my fingers crossed that they will accept it as I have left Saudi last 2012.

Hello Mariyasonia, I had the same problem with the Saudi Police Clearance. I left 2012 and was not able to secure one since I do not know that I will be needing it in the future. I sent NMC an email and they replied that the exit visa needs to be uploaded with official English translation and self declaration that you left Saudi Arabia. I lost the copy of my exit visa so what I did is to send a copy of my passport stamp marked exit and had the details transcribed. I sent this to the NMC together with explanation letter and self declaration that I left Saudi Arabia.

Do i need a letter of explanation from my nursing university that i shifted and some subjects were creditted? One more thing, for Ex-Saudi workers? In the absence of a police clearance NMC said that exit visa is enough. Do i need to have the exit stamp in my passport translated? Thank you so much.
