You don't need the CT-NUR and ED-Nur if your CES has your TOR and proof of licensure, just submit the ff to CTS: 4page application(or online), finger print receipt, and payment.

Check State of Illinois : Department of Financial and Professional Regulation the requirement are there Under written application for RN. I think you need CGFNS, etc.By endorsement or examination, its all the same now.
