  1. hi, I have a band 6 interview coming up for a ward im already working on, (its a 6 months secondment, whilst the band 6 whose job it is, is trying out ward sister for 6 months /7 if she likes it then it will become permantent) however i have been asked to write a short essay (250 2 words) with the tittle of :what do you think your role as a band 6 ward sister will involve? what do you think your top 3 challenges will in the role will be?" please help. thanks Lana

Hi, I have a band 6 interview soon and my presentation question is "As a band 6 on the ward, how would I gain assurance of high quality patient care" please can you give me some advice of what I should put in my presentation? I thnk I have an idea of what i want in it, but also Im struggling with how to put it into my presentation as a whole.
