  1. What professor do you have? I didn't buy the book and Professor Maccini (sp) never taught out of it. Make sure you need it first. Good luck!
  2. Nursing 18 03 and for 17 I'm assigned to 02. Yours?
  3. I from NY so I cant answer your question. I did however take the TEAS and did well. How are you studying? Are you using recommended TEAS review guides? There is a package on the website that is really helpful. Are you having issues with the Math portion? There is a free tutor on Youtube named Keshwani Prep. He covers every single question on every single page in the ATI Guide. For extra practice you can also use the McGraw-Hill TEAS Guide. Read and understand everything. Practice Practice Practice!! This helped me and I'm a horrible test taker. Do not take the exam again until you are absolutely ready... Until you can answer every question in the book, comfortably. Good Luck!
  4. I have a feeling you already know what to do but you're afraid and that's fine. So it won't be a waste, maybe you should do as advised and look into psych nursing or FOLLOW YOUR HEART.
  5. This is exactly how I have to study. My friends and family feel I'm being extreme. These extreme study habits are what got me into Nursing School!! Congrats on that 4.0!
  6. I had no idea. I had to find out My prereq gpa is a 3.1. I made a promise to myself to bring it up every semester. ... pushing for a 4. I know its gonna be tough, but doable.

  10. Just got my 2nd PPD done today. After I get it read on Friday, I'll be good to go. I signed up for the 19th and completed the Cpr class. I'm excited!
  11. Thank you. I'm gonna research a good stethoscope and try to find it on Amazon. I'm so excited about learning everything... I'll definitely keep busy.
  12. Me too. Congrats! I got my acceptance letter 2 weeks ago and I'm still on cloud 9.
  13. Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to get my hands on the list of books now, so I can get a heads up on what I'm facing. What was Nursing 17 like? I see it's only 1 credit
  14. I'm gonna start getting those things done today. No textbook list. Maybe we should call and ask. Thanks for the reminder. I'm gonna do mine on the 19th.Congrats to you too!
