I humbly suggest that you shadow a CRNA, so that you know if you will like it or not. Also, you mention that you took RN school overseas. At Univ of South Florida NP program, the GPA average of applicants were 2.9. So, you met the GPA part. However, for CRNA, the minimum required GPA is at least 3.0. Yes you can. I am a provisional student. I need to score at least 40% at my English test. Luckily, this is my only condition left. Then, I am off to starting my school! hooorah!

Earn you CCRN as early as possible. Earn very good letter of recommendations. It depends on which school you are gonna go for. Some schools are very science oriented, so if you could take some extra undergrad chemistry classes. great! that what i did:D good luck!

Hello Guys! I know that this is a 2012 thread. I read this over and over again. I got tips and inspiration from this. I applied to Barry University, and I got in. Although it is provisional, I know it will be worth it. I still have to earn my CCRN and make my verbal GRE score above 149. I know that you are graduating this semester. Congratulations on your success. I hope to be working alongside with you starting 2017. With that said, do you guys have any recommendations? Any books that you want to recommend. Anything????????????????

I am applying today. I will send all of my application later this morning. I just finished taking the GRE. That test was something else. I was totally wiped out from the test. Anyhow, good luck to all of us who are applying. I am hoping to get into Tampa because i live near Brandon, Fl. I read that they only take 6 people every year in Tampa, so I am really praying hard to earn a spot in Tampa.
