  1. Happy holidays everyone! Did anyone else get a call back? I didn't hear anything so I'm assuming I didn't get it. But hope other people on here heard from them. Sounds like an amazing program :) GOOD LUCK!
  2. Hey guys, They said in the past their program has consisted of 6-12 nurses, but I did not ask know how many they will be interviewing or how many they plan on hiring this round. How many questions did they ask you, NurseMeBSN? I felt like the director was asking me a lot of questions! I was getting nervous with the more questions she asked. So I started to stutter my answers towards the end. hahaha. I don't work for UCLA and I've only observed in the OR for a bit. How about you???
  3. Hi, I was wondering if anyone on here applied/interviewed for the Spring PeriOp program? I just interviewed for it a couple days ago. Does anyone know how long they will be interviewing for? How long do people usually wait for a call back?! I'm so anxious and really hope I did OK in the interview. How did your interviews go?
  4. Hey, I know this is late but I'm applying for the winter periOp program. Were any of you able to get jobs? Do you know how many people they hired and what kind of questions did they ask that made it so difficult?? Was it more scenario questions?? Thanks for any advice!
  5. Hey! Congrats on your interview! Is your interview in December as well?! What time are you interviewing? Do have experience in the OR? I'm already so anxious knowing that we're going against experienced nurses! I forgot to ask how many people they were looking to hire, do you happen to know? :]
  6. Yeah, I was surprised since all the interview dates they posted were in November. The thing with the OR program is it's not just for new grads. It's also for experienced nurses who want to get trained for the OR. I'm definitely at a disadvantage and I'm worried.
  7. Thanks! It's not 'til December 5th. I'm so thankful I have time to prepare! haha.
  8. I just got one a few minutes ago! :]
  9. Thanks for the info! Again CONGRATS & good luck to you and everyone who has an interview scheduled! I hope I get a call this week!! :]
  10. That's awesome! I wish you the best of luck!! Do you live in California? I've been trying to look for a EPNC class that I could take but I can't find any around me! I'm applying for ER and I know many times they like/require that course!
  11. att020506, What other certifications and classes have you been taking?
  12. No one's been posting. I wonder if people have gotten calls..?? It seems like the people who have scheduled interviews are for the ICU. My friend was also called for the neuro ICU. I applied for ER and OR. Has anyone gotten calls for those departments??? I'm so anxious. I'm having nightmares and I feel like I'm going to have a panic attack!! :smackingf
