Yah your right Volunteerpioneer.... For those of us who are still waiting lets all hang-on and keep our heads up ---- we'll soon be there.

  3. Volunteerpioneer.... or anyone who may have the answer. suppose i am done with the interview, background check, physical, and ready for hire date.... can I still call the nurse recruiters for another positions or interview to other units? I am confused about this procedures. Thanks.

  5. OMG.... your not alone volunteerpioneer. I am on the shoes as you are since I graduated and with no refresher courses as well... I am nervous too. :chair: aaaah. Right now I rely just on the web trying to get info and expectations of new grads in icu.

Following this thread daily is helping us all answer our questions. I have question tho... Is the hire date based on when to report to HR or date to start on your respective units. Thanks.
  8. I have not come across anybody yet from this thread... sorry but I've been following this thread since I recently joined too. I consider myself still as new grad since I am still hopeful for a job too. Hopefully someone who will come across or on this thread will share their experiences. Congrats for those who got hired. Keep in touch. We need your support. :)
  9. Congrats in landing a position in ICU as a New Grad in your State. Great job. I am rethinking to do the same. here in CA. I just got two rejections in a row today. When I get an awesome job too I will surely share my trials.:anpom:
  10. What position did you interview for? Just keep your hopes high... each case is treated differently.
