greetings, im new here so please take it easy on me, * im an american citizen, and just graduated from the philippines, do i really have to take the philippines board exam in order to be able to take the nclex exam? i think they will not allow me to take phil boards because you have to be a filipino citizen.. thanks a lot! forgot, im planning to take CALIFORNIA boards
