  1. Congrats to u all!!! I got my acceptance letter for the BSN program too. I feel like I have been waiting forever as well. The program at my school starts Aug 17. Congrats again and good luck to everyone!
  2. I'm married with two kids and work full time while going to school part time. I was about that age when I went back to school and started on my prerequisites, my youngest was starting kindergarten. I would look at which program you want to attend and then second choice bc everyone prerequisites requirements are different. I took online classes at local community college and did night classes, if you can take at least 2 to 3 classes each semester will help. I'm 36 and finally got accepted into nursing program and will start in August. My youngest is going to 5th while oldest starting high school. It can be done. My best advice is don't give up even thou you will want to but keep striving and you will reach your goal. Good luck and I wish you the best!!

  5. Hi everyone! I start my BSN program in August as well. I am nervous and excited to start, our orientation is Aug 14. Our uniforms are all white and we received supply list and book list once we was accepted. Currently working on my packet with physical and lab work which is due Aug 3. Congrats to everyone starting soon!

  8. @ololstu I was alternate for Spring 2014 and was not pick. It's frustrating wait bc they don't rank the alternates and won't tell u how many are on the list. Hope u get called, good luck!!!
  9. @futureRN89 When does accelerated classes start? Traditional start Jan 21st.
  10. @futureRN89 no not yet. I've called the school and they won't tell how many people are on the alternate list. They did say people on alternate list could be called the day before classes start.
