@sheika826, I am in the process of completing the last of my pre-reqs, A&P II and lab. How are you doing so far at OLOL, how does the program feel? Are you in the accelerated program?

Hi, I have applied for the ABSN program Spring 2014, and no I haven't heard anything back. Have you? I am not from BR and will need to look into housing if I am accepted. Hopefully I can find a decent student apartment ad some roommates. That will be a really expensive 18 months for me, I'll probably need a loan.

@cadyssa, @lolo22, No I haven't heard back yet, unfortunately. The app deadline was July 15, so it's been a little over a month since the deadline. I'll start getting antsy in the next couple of weeks, but for now I'm just waiting. Is anyone else hearing back yet, or know when the letters will be going out?

Hello ladies! This thread seems like it may have died, but I hope to breathe a few breaths into it. Of the ladies that were accepted into OLOL's first Accelerated BSN cohort, how are you guys doing? You should be in your second semester now, right? If anyone reads this, can you share some of your experiences, opinions or perceptions of the program?

nurse_van2014, I will definitely try to keep you posted if I hear any news at all. Hopefully someone with experience with this program will come along and enlighten us! There was a thread from last year where a few ladies were talking about it; some of them did get accepted. I know this program is still pretty new, but does anyone have any experiences or stories to share about it? I have a previously earned BS under my belt and have about one semester of prereqs to complete before applying for the Spring 2014 Program. I'm extremely anxious. So, some questions are: Was the application process a nightmare? If you got in what was your experience? Does anyone else have plans to apply? Any personal (or second-hand) horror stories or accolades?
