  1. At our hospital you can't have any type of nail, gel acrylic, ect. you need to tell her its an infection control issue.
  2. SRMC only allows 32 in each class now. I am in my second going onto third semester. you get way more clinical hours than JTCC ( i know this because both my parents also went to JTCC and the other to SRMC within the last 10 years) Our first semester 2 dropped due to personal issues too and only 1 failed out. our second semester a few more dropped mainly because of personal or other issues that were not related to the actual course. So this school is a very good school, so what if everyone doesnt make it to graduation to take the NCLEX um would you want a sub par barely passing nurse taking care of you? i dont think so.
  3. SRMC does have tuition payments. it starts after your second semseter though
  4. Hi, Im a few days away from taking my first semester of medical surgical nursing final. to say i am freaking out is an understatement. I have 1.5 away from passing (12 in our class passing 16 failing). Any tips or help anyone can offer would be amazing. We have covered diabetes, anemia, infectious disease, HTN, GU,GI, Fluid and electroyltes, Sensorineural, perioperative, orthopetics, and diagnositc studies.
