Hi, The rules got changed now.visascreen is necessary when you aplly for work permit.(EAD).Otherwise it will soon be rejected.what Suzanne said was correct. Josh.

Hi, I am Josh.Myself and Husband applied together for the EAD and work permit.Two days ago I received the receipt number ,but my hus didnot receive any.I am a nurse going to work in Ny soon.We applied in Vermont.We applied at the same time.So we both must get the receipt number at the same time.right?what do you think?Is there any cases like this? Hi Ayant, I spent one year (may be more) for TSE and waisted my time.But I passed IELTS very easily at the first attempt.So go for it.The reason I was not taken IELTS before was the same reason you said before that I have to attend all bands (reading,listening ,writing etc.)also alredy passed TOEFL.Good luck. Hi, I don't know if that is true.(I chcked the website you posted.)I am in the process of adujustment of status now.My agent told me that with out visascreen you can not submit the papers.If we do so,INS is going to reject it.The rules got changed since last July.So I took the IELTS immediatly and received my visa screen.Good luck.
