Hi Suzanne and all, when can i work after filing I-140 & 485?Whether i have to wait to get my EAD (around 3 months) or will i be able to work after receiving a receipt from INS in responds to my I-140 &485? Do i need to have an Visa Screen Certificate in my hand to apply for EAD?

Hello Suzanne, thank you very much.actually since i couldn't find any sponsoring hospitals i proceed my case to some of the agents.most of them won't accept me because of less experience(8 month) and the given information on this thread given by one agency.i was like................ .thank you so much.

Hello friends, i wrote nclex in new mexico boared of nursing where they didn't require cgfns for appearing nclex.i would like to change my license from newmexico to florida or texas where they require cgfns to appear for the nclex.my question is in order to change my license to other state do i have to appear for cgfns to get a credential evaluation certificate ?

Hi suzanne and all dear nurses, can you help me ?i have the Rn license in my hand and i passed TOEFL .have to appear for TSE or IELTS.do you know which is easy? Now i don'tknow what to do ,do i have to find a sponsor or file for EAD.i know i have to apply for visa screen,heading for that.by going through all these questions from our nurses i beleive that there are sponsores willing to sponsor green card ,do you know anyone of the hospitals sponsoring for nurses? is there any chance to work before getting EAD? i don't understand whether the sponsors will wait to get EAD to work ? also since i have only 8 month of experience in my country and i'm not working for the past 1 year (because i'm here on H4 visa ),i don't think hospital will sponsor for a less experienced nurses even agency.can i do any voluntery work in any hospital if i have to wait for EAD and if they willing to give me an experience certificate ? is that illegal ? i know i have lots of questions ,sorry but if you could help me by writting whatever you know or familiar with it ,i'll really appreciate that.pls.

Thank you guys.i got the answer .i called nm boared of nursing and they said they can help me to make a visa screen certificate for me .They need to sent some application to CGFNS .howwwwwwwwwwwwww cool.i was so much worried .thank you so much for your reply.

Hello , can any one help me!!!!i'm so tensed ,i'm a rn from india now in usa on H4 holding rn license from nm boared of nursing.my question is when i apply for the nclex i didn't mention that it for visascreen ,i'm just wondering to know is that possible to apply for visascreen now or whether i have to retake nclex for visascreen.pls i'm so much worried,i need an immediate answer.somebody pls help me.
