  1. stay strong, that is hard to do but God does have a plan for u remember that!!!!! I wish you the best.
  2. Let me start off my saying that it is very brave of you to write about not passing for the fourth time. There are many people out there just like you ( which doesn't seem to help at this moment) but when they read what you have written they will feel less alone. I understand how stressful failing is. ( I have to retake the Nclex myself). The onl advice to you is that you have to move on from these tests and start studying like you have never failed it ( some one from Kaplan told me that ). That is very hard. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!! I know someone that had to take it 8 times and another person had to take it 13 times to pass. They are both wonderful nurses. Keep ur head up and I will pray for u!!!!!!!!
  3. I got the same results and also lost a job over it. I just rememeber that maybe that job wasn't not for me. I am doing the Kaplan course and love it. I feel that it is helping me with mistakes that I made taking the nclex. I wish the best for u!!!! You Can do this!!!!!!!!!!
  4. I am also doing the Kaplan course. I haven't started the class yet but i did talk to the guy that helped me start it up. I am reviewning any content that I am unsure of, I have done the tests that I am suppose to be before class ( trainer test 1,2,3) . That is what I am planning to do just review what I have a hard time with or anything I may be unsure of. I hope that helps...Good luck to u!!!!!!
  5. I feel ya, I am in the same situation. I love this website because I don't feel alone, All the people from my class are passing but I didn't so that is hard. Keep ur chin up, pray and everything will go great!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Thank you Joe, in this time only God has been able to lift my spirits and get me to where he wants me to be...Thanks for the encouragement.
  7. I agree caliotter3 I have been working really hard at it and already feel I understand things better. I really like the course thank you all for your suggestions. It has been very helpful. I know that there is no magic pill to pass the nclex just hard work, now that I have things more foucsed for me I think it will go better the second time.
  8. Hey I am right there with you....I just found out the same thing today.....WE CAN DO THIS....I know that God has a plan for us and it is hard right now but everything is perfect in His timing not ours....This is what I have been saying to myself all day, I am still really sad
  9. Thanks everyone...I am dusting myself off and spending the next 45 days by studying my behind off....
  10. Hi everyone I have just learned today that I failed the Nclex first time taking it. My mom was looking at review courses and signed me up for Kaplan. Any reviews? All the things I have seen are from a couple of years ago. I also want to know any other recommened books I can use....I have 45 days till my next exam and what to make the most of my time because I really don not want to fail this again. Thank you...
