  1. Thank you for your feedback. That helps me a lot in my decision making.
  2. I am strongly leaning towards going for the program with United States University for March 2022 start date. Anyone else? I did set up my student portal and now I can see who my academic advisor and clinical placement coordinator are. For current students, is Alexis Moore any good? She will be my clinical placement coordinator. Academic advisor is Alicia Graham.
  3. Hi! Does it matter that Georgetown is not on the California BRN approved list if I plan to live and practice in California? https://www.RN.ca.gov/education/apprograms.shtml#NP
  4. Hi! Is anyone in California attending Georgetown? Does it matter that Georgetown is not on the BRN California list? https://www.RN.ca.gov/education/apprograms.shtml#NP
  5. Hi, Does it matter that this school is not on the California BRN website? They are CCNE but not on the California BRN list: https://www.RN.ca.gov/education/apprograms.shtml#NP Has anyone run into problems attending an online program with this situation?
  6. Hi! What did you end up deciding? I am in the same boat as when you wrote your post 11/2020. I am admitted to the March 2022 cohort. Hi! How is the program going? Do you recommend USU?
  7. Wow, thank you for that amazing post! Where are you now in your journey at USU? I am admitted to the March 2022 cohort and am still trying to decide. I wish it wasn't this hard. USU seems like a great program just the uncertainty makes me nervous. Thank you for your post again!
  8. I am looking into starting March 2022, as well!! Please, let's keep in touch. [email protected] (Theresa)
  9. Hi Gina1992, I am doing my research on USU and received admission to the March 2022 cohort and wanted to ask, how are you doing now? Have you passed and do you have a job as an FNP? Do you recommend the program?
  10. Hi! did you end up joining? How is the program? How did you do? I am planning to join March 2022 cohort. Thanks! I'm so sorry to hear about your negative experience. Are you currently employed as an FNP?
  11. Thank you to everyone for your comments about USU, I am accepted to the March 2022 cohort, and am also researching trying to decide if USU is the right school for me. I love that it's affordable, online and convenient, 1 class every 8 weeks, and the admissions person Chris Stuart has been extremely helpful. But similar to others I am worried about finding clinical placement, but the more I read comments here it is encouraging to know I just need to be proactive and really put myself out there and call potential clinical sites myself. I would love to meet anyone and create a support group for everyone in the Jan and Mar 2022 cohorts.
  12. Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has received formal job offers into the Sharp Memorial Hospital Residency program for summer. I had a panel interview last week. As of now I have heard one of my classmates receive an offer.
