I passed the interview at the VA. My file went to the board and my pay will be cut $5.00 basically $900.00 dollars a month less. I'm now finishing up vetpro. I brought two recommendation letters from my DA at the facility I work at and also a recommendation letter from a doctor who works at the clinic that I work at now. The recruiter said they could not use the recommendations. Now I find out they are going to send letters to every job that I have had since receiving my nursing license.. this seems way way too much!!!!!!

I agree completely but that is what happened.

I appreciate all of the comments I guess im so upset because I really worked hard at the clinic and I don't believe I would have lasted anyway because the MA was my boss. I did see the MA take meds from the pxysis and she did not have access to do so I think it was a power trip for her. I just hate having to start all over again. I worked their for 4 weeks and it just seems like a slap in the face. But again I will pick my self up and be smarter the next time I start a new Job. Again thanks everyone for their support.

Okay first time writing on the message board I worked at USC in an orthopedic clinic. My manager was an MA who I think was intimidated by me because I was a LVN and she was an MA I followed all the rules and was a team player my agency called me after my shift and said that they did not want me to go back because the manager complained that I did not follow directions im so upset and hurt I am even questioning if nursing is the field I need to be in, I received compliments everyday from staff that I was doing a good job. I do believe the MA did not like me I saw her take medication from the pyxis without authorization because she was not a license nurse. I need some advice.
