  8. How old is everyone who was accepted?! Just curious :-) I'm graduating this month from FSU so this will be my second BA. I decided I'm going with FGCU NURSING and not JU ABSN. I'm so excited, one of my friends in the program loves it! I can't wait to meet everyone!
  9. I got in too! I don't go to FGCU. I am graduating from FSU this spring. I also got into JU which is an accelerated program so I am not sure where I am going to go yet! Congratulations to everyone!
  10. Hi guys! I am just wondering how the nursing program is for you so far? I have been accepted to FGCU for this fall but I have also been accepted to an ACCELERATED BSN program at JU. Any advice you can give would be great! THANK YOU!
  11. HI EVERYONE! I was just accepted to an accelerated program at JU and a regular program at FGCU. I just don't know which to do. For those of you who have done the ABSN at UM is there any advice you can give me? I don't know where to go to school! Thank you!!
  12. Does anyone have any information about the ABSN program at JU??? I was accepted at JU and FGCU. I am contemplating between a one year and two year program. Any advice will help!! THANK YOU!
  13. question about ABSN program! I was just wondering how you all like the program. I am contemplating between an ABSN program and a regular program and am unsure which to do. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. ANY INFORMATION WILL HELP!!! I appreciate it.
  14. hi everyone! So I just found out that I was also accepted to FGCU nursing program back home. I was wondering if any of you know anyone who has completed the ABSN. I just want to know if most people make it through and if they had the option to go to a regular BSN program if they would have done it after going through the ABSN at JU. Thank you for your help! I am stuck on where to go. Thank you!
  15. Hi JU nurses! I was accepted to the accelerated nursing program at JU and also to the traditional nursing program at FGCU. I am unsure which school to go to as of now. Is there any advice you can give me about the accelerated program? Do most people make it through the program? JU is very expensive and FGCU is back home so I could live at home. ANY ADVICE WOULD HELP MAKE THIS DECISION EASIER! THANK YOU THANK YOU
  16. Is anyone looking for roommates? I went to Jacksonville this weekend and looked at about 15 really nice apartments. I am waiting for Stephanie Bloom to send an e-mail out about who is interested in living with another nursing student. Are any of you? Can't wait to meet everyone!
  17. I go to school at FSU right now but I sent the $300 deposit three days ago. I'm still waiting to hear back from FGCU because JU is going to be so expensive and I do not want to have to take out loans. Do any of you that were accepted know where you are planning on living yet? Everything is happening so fast!
  18. Early April is what they told me! I was just accepted to Jacksonville University its a private school so pretty expensive. Anxious to hear from FGCU!
  19. I graduate Spring 2012 in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in dietetics. I have already taken all the nursing prerequisites minus patho. I will probably end up applying to other ABSN programs because I will be ready to start Fall semester. That is if I don't get into UF for the regular BSN along with FGCU for spring 2012. I'm crossing my fingers. Thank you for the information. I have a year till I would apply because I am finishing up my bachelors still. What are your plans nole2011?
  20. If I'm applying for next fall could I take the patho class the summer before that fall?? Does anyone know anyone jn the absn? Thank u!!
  21. I'm still finishing my bachelor degree. Just wanted to see what people thought of the accelerated program and how competitive it is?? Thanks!
  22. Hi! I am thinking of applying to the program for 2012 and am curious what everyone's stats were: GPA, GRE score, etc. I just want to know what my chances are. Thank you!
  23. OK, sorry, just figuring out how to use this site. I'm not sure where I heard about that either. I think my roommate who applied to UF also told me and it just stuck. I guess I will hope for the accelerated program in a year. Thank you UFCON
  24. how the hell did you get a 97 %???? What book did you use to study? I have mcgraw and another one and highest I got was a 78....the teas 5 is a lot harder, most people aren't passing it... so idk why the hell they are using it still.
  25. I'm freaking out!!! did anyone hear that they have a lottery? This is my last school to hear back from! Otherwise I will do an accelerated program which I would rather not do, but what ever it takes. I can't believe how competitive nursing is now... and makes me mad that santa fe students have priority
