It's so agonizing. This is the 4th time that I am applying to a nursing school. I am thinking about applying to one more school after that I will be through. I have a BA in government & minor in social work. So I guess that would work as well. Just want to do something I enjoy:)

I haven't received my letter either. I got an e-mail saying they were late in sending out the e-mail but, I have not received one either:(.

If anyone knows of any school that will take me as i am, would let me know please do. I really do want to finish what I started. I AM HONESTLY HEART BROKEN! I applied to UH-Victoria and OU-Duncan.

Hello, My name is Meskerem Negash. I am a recent graduate from UT-Austin. I have a BA in government and a minor in Social Work. I started college in nursing but, didn't finish the degree. I am now in a predicament. I have a GPA of 2.6 in my 1st degree, I have most of my prerequisites already done. I have take the TEAS V exam and I scored a 64% over all. I have my CPR certificate and I have 6 months of elderly care as a Nurse Aide. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

Same problem, except I started my undergrad for nursing through my journey I chickened out. I realized my junior year that I wanted to go back to nursing but, i only had one year left to complete BA. I completed my BA with a 2.6. So now am in a bind. I have debt up to 32k and I want to go back to complete my BSN. I have taken all the pre with the exception of Pharm. I have applied to OU-Duncan nursing school for spring 2012. It will cost me 32k. Is it a bad decision to go there? I am worried it will put me into more debt. I would love to find a school that is inexpansive,accelarated and start fall 2011 or 2012. Sombody help me!
