  1. I did apply for the Swainsboro Track Summer 2012. I am schedule to take the Hesi the end of this month. I hear that the Hesi is not bad. I have been praying and have have faith that I will pass.
  2. I took A&PII online from *****. I found the course to be fun and easy. We had to dissect a sheep heart and kidney which was mailed to student that didn't live in Albany. We took weekly quizzes with multiple attempts, online labs and proctored exams.
  3. Any Darton College Student? What was your first semester like and when did the clinicals start? I am applying for Summer 2012 and just wanted to know before I pay for a cruise that is schedule for June 2012.
  4. Hi Doodle's Mom, Thanks for the information. I appreciate any information I receive. I am going to apply for the Swainsboro tract. I am transferring into Darton this fall. My transferring GPA is a 3.5, I already begin to study for the Hesi Exam so I will be very prepared when I get the opportunity to take it. I am going to register for Mrs. Crowe's online A&P II. I hear that she is pretty good. I haven't heard to much about the medical term class but I think it shoulld be easy since I have been in the medical field for the last 14 years. Again , thanks for the information and if you learn anything else please let me know. Good luck, I am praying that we all get in.God is GREAT so I know our time is coming soon!!!
  5. @ prettymica, I can't help be wonder, when you withdrew from those science classes, did you get a grade of W? I thought that they wouldn't count classes over ten years. I was told that I have to take my A&PII over because it was past the 5 year mark as well, I was shock because I already have a Associate of Science degree. I am planning on taking it this fall online because I live in Rincon, Ga. I don't want to commute back and forth to Albany yet. Right now my GPA is a 3.3 but I did have a couple of W's in my sciences because of some situations I was dealing with. I thought that it would be better for me to withdraw than to fail. Anyway, I am looking forward to attending Darton this coming Fall but I was thinking about doing the Swainsboro track in Summer 2012. Good luck Prettymica and always remember that God delay is not a denial! You will get in a succeed and be a GREAT NURSE!!!
  6. Hello Everyone, I am new to the website and I that it is a wonderful site. My question is for any student that attends Darton college. I would like to know a little about the acceptance process. I will be transferring in this fall from another college. I already have an Associate of Science degree in Psychology, but I want to pursue my nursing degree. I have complete all of my prereq's, I am a Patient Care Tech at Memorial Hospital in Savannah, and I was told that I needed to retake my A&PII over, because it is six years old, and I have to take medical term, which I am planning to take this fall. Do anybody know anything about the A&PII online? I am interested in applying for the summer 2012 program in Swainsboro. I read someone post where they stated that they did not get in because they have some withdrawals. I have some withdrawals but I receive a grade of a W. Can someone please respond and let me know everything that they have experienced with Darton nursing program? Also, is there is anyone that know of anything about the Swainsboro track. I know that I have to take the Hesi exam when I do applyThanks so much!!!
