  1. Tnmarie---there was over 6 weeks between finishing CPNE and graduation. So after about 3-4 weeks I filled out all the paperwork with state and Pearson vue. So by the time I graduated the only thing the state was waiting on was transcripts. So they mailed those the day I graduated. I got ATT a week and half later and I could have taken NCLEX within a week but I wasn't done studying so u scheduled it for 3 weeks out. Good luck.
  2. I took out a loan. There r 3 companies that will do loans with this programs. I borrowed enough to pay for almost all of the program.
  3. Check into Georgia board of nursing page or on excelsior page. Georgia requires you to do additional clinicals. I live about 20 minutes from Georgia and was looking into working there but there was more clinicals. However the program is very doable and great. I just graduated in September and passed boards in October. Good luck to u.
  4. What state? Congrats. I pray I can say same thing in 6 das.
  5. Taking mine on 24th. Prayers going out. Good luck.
  6. I took one practice test with my first test which was A&P. and never took another one. I got so nervous after taking it and receiving such a low score that I almost reschedule test. I made a B. I never took another one after. I graduated in September. I never failed a test. I read the material. Used study guide 101. Used their content guide and studied. Good luck to u.
  7. That first one is hard. U get the hang of it after the first couple. Good luck.
  8. I got a private loans but the college also has scholarships. I was blesses to get 2. First full out FAFSA. They based them off financial need. The school reviews fafsa four times a year I believe. Good luck. Or use payment plan if u can.
  9. It's an amazing feeling isn't it?!?! Congrats. I passed July 15 and some days it doesn't seem real yet. Graduation here we come.
  10. Caribbean LPN---send me an email! I will remember to let u know how it goes that. I don't get on this site very much. [email protected]
  11. 6 weeks from tomorrow!!!! I cant wait to be done!!! My poor 3 yr old son will not know to do with a non stressed out mom LOL. :)
  12. Called and have date for July 13-15 in Savannah!!!!!!
  13. Little stressed. I sat here and started thinking about CPNE date and having to pay annual fee. My annual date is 8/3/12. I registered end of March for south and still have no date. I am out of money. I had to get loan just to pay for school and that is all gone for $400 and I was going to pay graduation fee with that. Not to mention I will have to find 400 for boards after I finish. I just needed to vent :) I tried to call SPAC earlier but just got voicemail so I will try again after lunch.
  14. How did u get your date? U call her? I still have no date. I'm getting frustrated here.
