Got a call from burn ICU today for an interview. Anybody else hear anything??

I haven't heard anything.. I think it said on the application that they will be contacting people until June 17?

Just got my rejection letter under my junk mail where it belongs hahahaha :) good luck everybody!!!

Yeah, I heard that they started sending out rejection letters last week.. my status still says in progress. I applied to SICU as my first choice and CVTICU as my second choice :)

Ooh congrats!! I don't remember seeing a posting for that unit. Yeah they usually combine didactic classes with clinical experience on the floor with a preceptor. Good luck! Let us know how it goes :)

Oh really? When I called about a week after I applied, she said 4-6 weeks so I really wasn't sure.. I just haven't heard anything from them yet.. hopefully we hear from them soon! :) do you know how many people applied?

Did anybody else apply for the New Grad positions at UCI Medical Center?? There for 3 postings.. 1 for med/surg, 1 for Surgical Step Down and 1 for Burn ICU. Has anybody heard anything yet? EDIT - OOPS I don't know why I put August 2011. I must've been thinking about another program. I'm not quite sure when it starts.... sorry!

When do the didactic classes start? I just saw & applied for a couple new grad positions today haha a little late, but it's worth a (long) shot
