Hi there, I just recently took nclex and passed on the first try. I took hurst live review and did 100 questions a day using kaplan and exam cram. Exam cram questions are very similar to nclex questions. If you lacking content, then hurst is the best!! I was very weak in med/surg and when I took hurst review, I understood a lot more. They also teach you little tricks to remember things. I love it. Good luck!

Exam cram questions are very similar to nclex. So is kaplan qbank.

Hi, I studied for about two weeks 4-6 hrs a day before my test but everybody is different. I do suggest doing at least 100 questions a day. Good luck!

I know I feel the exact same way. I swear I have been on pearson vue today like 10 times. Mainly because a lot of the questions I got I wasnt sure about. Let me say this though, better that we got the good pop up and not the cc page! I believe you told me to go over infection control and you were so right!! I had so many back to back. I owe you that one!

How many questions did you have? Whats the deal with California??? why they make you wait so long?

Lmao!!! When my computer shut off at 85 I was in tears!! I cried the whole way home. I was so nervous to do the pvt!!!! Then all of a sudden I saw the good pop up and I was like no way!! I swear I felt like I didnt know **** lol. Im still nervous about the official results! My anxiety level wont go down until I get the official results grrrrhhh

I took mine today and got the good pop up to but Im not convinced! I swear I came out of there feeling like I failed!

hurst review is awesome!!! I didnt do the online review but I did the live review!! I swear its like nursing school in 4 days.... Would recommend it to everybody.

I took hurst live review and i asked the instructor the same thing because thats what i was told in school. She said that its not true.

Hey there, i went to Lincoln Tech in paramus. I did the evening program because I have kids. My take on lincoln tech is that they are all about $$$ my tuition was 23,000 and I felt like they rob their students. They keep taking in students left and right without having aproppriate staff. Many time we would go to class or clinical and wouldnt have an instructor. Also, sometimes we wouldnt have a classroom because they would over book classes! It was crazy! I did finish the whole orogram and Im sitting for nclex tomorrow.

Wecan11 Lol, I know what you mean about taking anti depressants! It definitly is not easy going through nursing school when you have kids, let alone when your pregnant like I was. I just keep telling myself that I have made it this far and that I will pass nclex because Im not a quitter, Im a go getter!! We will both concur this beast.

Hi there, my school didnt let us exit without passing hesi too. Do you think hesi is similar to nclex? what score did your school require you to pass with?

Im taking nclex on tues and Im in the same boat as you! I also have 3 kids, with my youngest being 4 months old. I havent focused much on meds because pharm is only about 10% of the test. So with that being said its not really as important as prioritizing, delegation, and med surg. I am to burnt out! I cant even focus on what im reading anymore and it makes me feel so depressed.
