In my block one class, no one even used the e books. If you think about it, unless the book is on your hand held device for quick reference during clinicals then you may as well use your book. I don't know.... its up to you as to whether you're more comfortable reading on your lap top or if you'd rather have a book in hand. Personally, I like flipping through the book. Lol. Anyway, good luck.

ya i never thought of the costs prior to applying. My shots and titers alone was close to $500. Luckily i met up with someone who had gone to Boswell already and he sold me all of his books for $300. Only book i need is the med-surg book. You should check craigslist. I bet you can find most of them for super cheap.

Just curious as to who the other ppl are :) My name is Kelly, wife and mother to 4 spunky kids. Really excited to get into the nursing program for fall after deferring the spring 11 due to having a baby. Im very scared and very excited at the same time :) Just finished all of my shots and physical and am now waiting until next week to turn them all in. Cant wait to meet everyone Aug 18th at the orientation. Sorry for any typos, im typing one handed. -Kelly
