    To lmader- Thank you so much for that info! That explains a lot! The company said they offer a base salary and you get paid for any hours over 150 hrs. So it sounds like I would have to maintain at least 150 billable hours per month and anything over that would be payable to me. Do you know what the salary range is for a field case manager position? This would be in the Pa/NJ region. I was told the base salary would be $55K to 60K. Any insight or info anyone can give would be appreciated. -Thank you

    Hi! I'm new to this site. I am considering a position as a field case mgr for worker's comp with a national company. They provide a base salary and the they mentioned billable hours. Can anyone explain to me how billable hours work? -Thanks
